Jatak Shastra(Natal Asrology or Horoscopy or Kundli Jyotish)
Natal astrology is that branch of Indian Hindu Vedic astrology in which reading and thorough analysis of birth chart of a particular person is done to predict different aspects of his/her life. What is and what would his overall personality(nature, behaviour, looks, physique etc.) be? What type of relation would he have with his parents, spouse, children, business partners, friends, relatives, neighbours and other persons? Will he have progeny or not and if he will have children then how many children would he have? In Natal Astrology analysis of the birth chart (Horoscope or Kundli in Hindi) of the person is done with the help of its 12 parts(Bhavas in Sanskrit) which represent different domains of the person’s life.
Clarification of which part(Bhava) of horoscope represent which domain of life is presented as follows:
First Bhava:
This Bhava shows the physique, starting life, nature, childhood, health, colour, looks, behaviour, qualities, self-power(internal power), fame, age, happiness, sorrow, wisdom and character.
Second Bhava:
The knowledge of money, treasury, ancestral property, family, friend, pets, bond, Jail trip, sale and purchase, brokerage, beauty, intonation, singing, eyes, nose, pleasure, artistic hobbies, habits, accumulated wealth, cause of death, accident, selfishness, privacy and mysteriousness is acquired by second bhava.
Third Bhava:
This bhava gives the knowledge of younger siblings, servants, ability, courage, power, heroism, business, labour, enterprise, hard work, patience, kidney, asthma, cough, breath, pranayama, yoga, readiness, language, intelligency, nephew, niece, other family relations etc..
Fourth Bhava:
This gives the knowledge of mental peace, homely life, mother’s happiness, home, mother land, relatives, friend, internal peace, mental condition, vehicles, property, stomach related disease, liver, entertainment, duplicity, pitiness, generosity etc.. Especially this bhava is meant for ‘Mother’ and ‘Vehicles’.
Fifth Bhava:
This Bhava reveals about knowledge, children, grandfather, work skills, feelings, fame of Jatak, wisdom, management skills, policy, modesty, patriotism, job loss, solution of acquiring wealth, spontaneous receiving of money, lottery, speculation, gambling, digestive power, qualities, urinary diseases, politeness etc..
Sixth Bhava:
It reveals enemies, worries, fear, diseases, fight, court case, problems, dependency, loss, anus, position of maternal uncle, maternal grandfather’s family, pain, debt, misconceptions, sorrow, unfair deeds etc..
Seventh Bhava:
It reveals spouse, health of spouse, sex desire, sexual pleasures, daily employment, worldly pleasures, genital parts, genitourinary disease, business, marriage, love, love affairs, success in love related matters, meeting of lovers, looks and colour of spouse, modesty and character of spouse, divorce, discord between husband and wife, business partners, diplomacy, ordinary pleasures, fatal position, study of diseases like piles etc..
Eighth Bhava:
It reveals age, mental problems,death, love with Archeology, Archeological surveys, foreign residence, deep tactics to achieve something, past accumulated wealth, buried money, prebirth knowledge, position after death, debts, wars, wealth loss, cause of death, adulteration, inferiority, descent, foreign travels, genital diseasesetc..
Ninth Bhava:
Luck, promotion, demotion, change of religion, religious bigotry, unitedness with god, spiritual teacher, virtue, pilgrimage, journey, foreign land journey, aeroplane travelling, happiness from father, charity, yajna, grandsons, great grandsons, sympathy, fame, leadership, dutifulness etc..
Tenth Bhava:
It reveals state, reputation, employment, job, service instinct, information about father, happiness from father, business, paternal property, work field, duty, deeds, society, power, authority, rights, wealth, success, achievement of fame, pleasures, type of jobs, government and semi-government services, foreign trips, confidence, knowledge, lifestyle etc..
Eleventh Bhava:
It reveals gains, income, sources of income, fulfillment of needs, government money, jewels and jewellery, clothing, elephant, horse, vehicle, aeroplane travelling, number of brothers and happiness from them, gains and losses from elder brothers, rumination etc..
Twelfth Bhava:
It reveals loss, charity, expenditure, punishment, addiction, relation with foreign lands, opposition of enemy, eye pain, extravagant expenditure, accidental expenditure, salvation, state of jatak after death etc..
